Agnostic (Part 2): ATTRIBUTE 5 - Agnostic

This agnosticism is not vagueness. It is architectural precision. WEEFAI’s Planner-Producer-Accepter role model, its daily cadence, and its acceptance discipline are methodology-neutral — which means they layer onto Agile sprints, product roadmaps, operational runbooks, and strategic OKRs without conflict or displacement. Organizations do not face a choice between WEEFAI and their existing approach. They adopt WEEFAI as the daily delivery layer that makes whatever they already do perform better at AI speed. The agnosticism extends to industry as well. The governance problems WEEFAI solves — diffuse accountability, weak acceptance criteria, mismatched cadences, unclear ownership — appear in software as reliably as they appear in financial services, healthcare technology, marketing, compliance, and customer experience. The Superhighway carries every kind of vehicle. What matters is that the road is built right. WEEFAI does not ask organizations to abandon the tools, or methods they have already built. It asks them to govern the work those methods produce on a daily basis with more clarity, more defined ownership, and more explicit acceptance discipline.
