Applicable (Part 1): ATTRIBUTE 1 - Applicable
By Tom Onquit
There is a particular frustration that experienced practitioners know well: a framework that works brilliantly in the context where it was created, and falls apart the moment it is carried somewhere else. The context changes. The framework does not. And the practitioners are left wondering whether the problem is the framework, or themselves, or the new environment.
WEEFAI is designed to avoid that frustration by being built around the shape of knowledge work itself rather than around any one industry or delivery model. Software teams, finance functions, healthcare technology groups, marketing organizations, customer experience teams, legal and compliance functions, and operations groups are all adopting AI at roughly the same time, from very different starting points. They face different regulations, different cultures, and different stakes. But the underlying work looks more alike than different: someone frames the work, someone generates the output, and someone validates and accepts it. That shape is universal. WEEFAI is built around it.
What makes this possible in practice is that WEEFAI recognizes four distinct work types, each with its own character, and applies consistently across all of them. Understanding these four types is not an academic exercise. It is a prerequisite for planning, producing, and accepting work at the speed AI now enables — because the type of work determines how it should be governed, how long it should take, and what a credible acceptance standard looks like.
