Multilayered (Part 2): ATTRIBUTE 6 - Multilayered
By Tom Onquit
These six levels are not a bureaucratic hierarchy. They are a visibility architecture, designed to serve different audiences at different planning horizons — simultaneously, without requiring anyone to manage the translation manually.
At the Task and Action levels, individual contributors execute with AI support and hand work to Accepters in daily cycles. At the Workflow and Package levels, team leads and Planners coordinate capacity and sequencing. At the Plan and Summary levels, managers and executives track progress against roadmaps and organizational commitments. The same work is visible at every level — just at the right altitude for the person looking at it.
This architecture becomes more valuable, not less, as AI speed increases. Without multilayered structure, organizations face a binary: review every micro-task (overwhelming at AI volume) or wait for quarterly summaries (dangerously slow at AI pace). WEEFAI’s six levels make it possible to see everything accurately, in real time, without requiring anyone to read everything.
The Superhighway has multiple lanes, multiple ramps, and multiple interchange levels — and they all connect. That is what makes it possible to run at high speed across the whole network, not just in one carefully managed corridor.
